GPS Location Tracking Consent and Waiver
Last updated: [DATE — ATTORNEY TO FILL]
Purpose
Your employer ("Company") uses GPS tracking during work shifts to verify job-site attendance, support worker safety, and keep accurate time records. This waiver records your informed consent.
What is tracked while you are clocked in
- Clock-in / clock-out points — your coordinates at the moment you punch in and punch out
- Location trail — your position approximately every 30 seconds while the App is open and visible on screen
- Site checks — your distance from assigned job sites
- Live map — Company management can see your current position on a map while your shift is open
What is NOT tracked
- Nothing while you are clocked out
- Nothing while the App is closed or in the background
- No access to your device's personal location history
- Tracking is best-effort: device settings, signal, and battery can create gaps
Your acknowledgment
By clicking "I Accept" you electronically sign this waiver and confirm that you understand and consent to the tracking described above as a condition of using the App for time tracking. Your acceptance is recorded with a timestamp, your device's IP address, and browser information as signature evidence.
Revocation
You may revoke consent by written notice to the Company's HR contact. Revoking consent may mean you cannot use the App to track time; alternatives are at the Company's discretion consistent with applicable law.
Responsibility
This monitoring program is operated and decided by the Company as your employer. The Software Provider (RealIntelOps) supplies the software only.
