Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Parties

This application ("App") is provided to you by your employer ("Company") to manage work scheduling and time tracking. The App software is licensed to the Company by RealIntelOps ("Software Provider"). Your relationship under these terms is with the Company; the Software Provider is not your employer and has no employment relationship with you.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App and contact your supervisor.

3. Authorized Use

The App is for authorized personnel of the Company only. Access is provided as part of your employment and is subject to Company policies.

4. Account Security

Keep your login credentials confidential. Do not share your account. Report suspected unauthorized access to your supervisor immediately.

5. GPS and Location Tracking

The App records location data while you are clocked in, as described in the Privacy Policy and the GPS Location Tracking Waiver, including:

• Your coordinates when you clock in and when you clock out
• A periodic location trail (approximately every 30 seconds) while you are clocked in and the App is open on screen

No location is recorded while you are clocked out, or when the App is closed or in the background. You must accept the GPS Location Tracking Waiver before using time tracking.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App honestly: clock in and out at the correct times, keep entries accurate, and report technical problems. You agree NOT to falsify time or location records, attempt to defeat or spoof GPS tracking, or share Company data with unauthorized persons.

7. Data Accuracy

Review your time entries. If you find an error, report it promptly to your supervisor or administrator.

8. Termination

The Company may suspend or end your access at any time in accordance with its policies and applicable law.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". Neither the Company nor the Software Provider guarantees uninterrupted operation or GPS precision, which depends on your device and environment.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated. You will be shown updated terms in the App and asked to accept them.
